If an order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday, your order will be processed and dispatched the same day for delivery the next day.
Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm through to Monday before 2pm will arrive on Tuesday.
Next day service order and delivery time frame:
Monday before 2pm - Arrive Tuesday
Monday after 2pm - Arrive Wednesday
Tuesday before 2pm - Arrive Wednesday
Tuesday after 2pm - Arrive Thursday

The customer must inspect the delivery in the presence of the courier or immediately after receiving the merchandise from the Service Point. Please reject the delivery and request that the courier return it to sender if the box or its contents arrive damaged or unsealed. The courier signs a protocol stating that the product was damaged upon delivery. Please send us an email to let us know the shipment has been returned due to damage upon delivery. Please provide your Purchase ID, as well as comprehensive images of the packing and damage.

Unfortunately, we do not offer personal collection. You will have to receive your item via post.

The courier will leave you an attempted delivery note with the current location of your package and instructions on how to retrieve it. They could have returned it to their hub, dropped it off at the local post office, or left it with a neighbour. We will notify you if your device has been returned to us. We won't be able to cover the expense of a second delivery, though.
