  • I ordered a product from your website yesterday at 2 pm. When will I receive it?
    If an order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday, your order will be processed and dispatched the same day for delivery the next day. Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm through to Monday before 2pm will arrive on Tuesday.   • My package was damaged upon arrival. What do I do?
    The customer must inspect the delivery in the presence of the courier or immediately after receiving the merchandise from the Service Point. Please reject the delivery and request that the courier return it to sender if the box or its contents arrive damaged or unsealed. The courier signs a protocol stating that the product was damaged upon delivery. Please send us an email to let us know the shipment has been returned due to damage upon delivery. Please provide your Purchase ID, as well as comprehensive images of the packing and damage.
  • How much does the shipping cost?
  • If I buy a product now can I collect it in person today?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer personal collection. You will have to receive your item via post.
  • I was not at home when my package was attempted delivered, what happens now?
    The courier will leave you an attempted delivery note with the current location of your package and instructions on how to retrieve it. They could have returned it to their hub, dropped it off at the local post office, or left it with a neighbour. We will notify you if your device has been returned to us. We won't be able to cover the expense of a second delivery, though.
  • What is included in the box?
    Each of our MacBooks comes with an Apple charger. Unless otherwise specified, iMac computers normally come with a keyboard, mouse, and power cord. A USB charging cord is included with the iPad. Other accessories will be listed in the product description of each specific product if they are included.
  • Will there be any scratches on the screen?
    This will be determined by the device's grading. The screen on devices listed as Very Good Condition will be free of defects. Scratches and faults on the product's body and screen will be documented in depth in the product descriptions for each item.
  • What is VAT Margin Scheme?
    All prices in our webshop have VAT included (where applicable). However, some of our refurbished products are sold with no deductible VAT (VAT margin scheme). You can see which product have no deductible VAT under each product in our webshop, the products that have a deductible VAT component to the price will say “incl. 20% VAT” whereas the products that has no deductible VAT will say “0% VAT”. If you are purchasing devices as a business and looking to get VAT deducted from the price, please ensure that the devices you are purchasing has deductible VAT before placing the order to avoid misunderstandings.   • What payment options do you offer?
    We offer payment by card (Mastercard / Visa / AmEx) or Klarna instalments.
  • My credit card is not accepted, what is the problem?
    Klarna accepts Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard- Maestro and America Express. If you have any problems with any of these cards, please try another browser or contact your bank to check your daily limit.
  • How long is the warranty valid?
    We have a 30-day money back promise if the item is returned in the exact condition, it was sent in. When our experts have thoroughly examined the item, we will issue a complete refund. A 1-Year warranty is included with all our goods (terms and conditions apply). We have all your device's details, including the purchase date. We can search up your information if you have a problem. A professional quality control team inspects our devices before they are sent. Like any other computer firm, the warranty does not cover any unintentional, liquid damage or accidental damage. After 60 days, the warranty will only cover labour, not parts. Before being shipped back, all returns must be authorized by us. We can then determine where the item originated. This will shorten the time it takes to receive a refund. Please do not return any things without first contacting us; this may cause significant delays.
  • I've destroyed my receipt; how can I find out when my warranty expires?
    We may forward you a copy of your invoice and tell you how long your warranty is valid if you give us with information about who made the purchase and delivery address and post code.
